Founder Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the PYRA founder program, operated by 3grams. By applying for or accepting a founder seat you agree to them. The program is for adults of legal age who own a compatible device.

1. What PYRA is

PYRA is an internal development platform for concentrate hardware, not a consumer product. It is not for sale and will not be released or sold to the general public. A founder seat is an invitation to participate in developing and testing the platform — not the purchase of a product.

2. The founder contribution

Participation involves a one-time $20 contribution toward development costs (developer accounts, hosting, and test hardware). After your application is approved, we send a $20 request via Zelle to the email or phone you provided; your name must match your Zelle name. The contribution is non-refundable. You are never charged before your seat is approved.

3. One seat, one device, iOS only

• A founder seat is personal to you and covers one device (Peak Pro or Proxy).
• PYRA runs on iOS only — you need an iPhone or iPad. There is no Android version.
• Founder seats are limited. When they are filled, no further seats are offered.

4. Access keys

Access is unlocked with an individual key issued to you. Your key is personal and non-transferable. Do not share it. We may suspend or revoke a key at any time, including for the reasons in Section 6.

5. Confidentiality

As a condition of access, you agree to keep the app, its data, its protocols, its methods, and its roadmap confidential, and not to share, copy, reproduce, publish, reverse-engineer for disclosure, or distribute them to anyone outside the program. You affirm that you are not participating on behalf of, or to gather information for, a competitor.

6. Integrity, watermarking & removal

Program materials are associated with your individual key so that the source of any disclosure can be identified. If you leak information, breach confidentiality, misrepresent yourself, or otherwise act against the program, your access will be terminated immediately and permanently, and you may be liable for resulting harm. A false statement in your application is itself grounds for removal.

7. No warranty; assumption of risk

PYRA is experimental development software provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Temperature figures are engineering guidance, not measurements; setpoints are heater targets, not product temperature. You are responsible for the safe use of your own hardware and for compliance with the laws that apply to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your participation or use.

8. Independence

PYRA is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any device manufacturer. Product names are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their respective owners.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or end the program at any time. We may remove any participant at our discretion. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
